Director of Sponsorship Programs
Kwesi Brown has been active in the field of training and education development for twenty years, focusing on teaching cultural studies, performance, languages, business, public health, soft skills training and promoting volunteerism in Bowling Green-Ohio, Bloomington- Indiana and in the City of Indianapolis.
In his previous role as the Director of Programs, he designed and managed high-impact sponsorship strategies, cultivated key partnerships, and secured resources that empowered the organization’s mission. He translated sponsor objectives into compelling activation opportunities that delivered measurable value for both partners and the communities he served.
Now as the Director of Sponsorship Programs, Kwesi plans to steward a diverse network of partners to advance Patchworkglobal's mission. He is passionate about building trust, transparency, and sustainable revenue for Patchwork’s programs.
Kwesi is also a founding member of Sweet Poison Victim, a unique Indianapolis band that mixes West African music styles like highlife, with rock and roll.
